We can only accept a return within the 7 days from the day you receive your package. For example, if you receive a shirt on a Monday you MUST mail it back 7 days from the day you receive it, or your return will be refused.
Our stock constantly changes and sells out very quickly, so we must abide to the 7 day policy.
You can mail your item back, at your cost, for Store Credit only. Shipping Charges and return Shipping charges are Non-Refundable.
The customer is 100% responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using USPS.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Clearance Sale Items, Jewelry and Pre-Orders are NOT RETURNABLE.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Please inspect your merchandise before wearing and washing. Unfortunately, after the tags have been removed or you have worn the item and/or 3 days has passed since you have received your item, I CANNOT refund. You MUST email us at: email@example.com within 3 days to start the return process. If you contact us within the time limit, you must mail back your damaged items and be received back 7 days from delivery for credit to be issued.
Please remember items that break, tear or are lost on your own time does not constitute for replacements by any means. Life happens!
